Depending on your location, we ship through trusted premium carriers such as SF Express International, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your artwork.To ensure a balance between fast global delivery and customized professional services, please review the following important terms.

 

1. Standard Delivery

 

  • Default Framing: The artwork's default mounting/framing style (e.g., canvas stretched on a wooden frame, ready to hang) is clearly displayed on each product page.

  • Processing Time: Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Applicability: If you do not request activation of our Exclusive Concierge Service prior to confirming your order, we will proceed with the default framing and dispatch your artwork within 7 business days.

 

2. Exclusive Concierge Service

 

  • Service Scope (Provided Prior to Ordering): If you wish to receive custom framing recommendations, mock-up previews (View in Context Simulation), or tailored professional mounting advice, please contact us before placing your order via one of the following channels:

  • We offer over 200 framing options and professional consultancy to ensure the artwork perfectly integrates into your collection space.

  • Total Delivery Timeline: Orders selecting this service will have a total dispatch timeline of 7 to 9 business days.

 

3. Other Essential Terms

 

  • DDP (Duties Paid): We cover all import duties and taxes (DDP) for major destinations. You are not required to pay any additional fees upon receiving your shipment.

  • Transit Insurance: We provide Worldwide Free Insured Air Freight and a tracking number once shipped.
