Default Framing:
The default mounting/framing style for each artwork (e.g., canvas stretched on a wooden frame and ready to hang) is clearly indicated on the corresponding product page.

Processing Time:
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Applicability:
If you choose not to activate our Exclusive Concierge Service before placing your order, your artwork will be packaged in the default framing style shown on the product page and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

All orders worldwide are shipped under DDP (Duties Paid) terms.
MAGICBEAR-ART covers all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred during international shipment.

no additional customs duties or clearance charges will be required upon delivery.

All artworks are cleared through compliant and professional channels to ensure a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free delivery experience.

Transit Insurance:

We provide complimentary worldwide air freight insurance for all international shipments and will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Damage Claim:

If you discover any damage to the packaging or artwork upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we may assist you promptly.

To facilitate assessment and processing, please take clear photographs of the damaged area(s) of both the artwork and the packaging, and retain all original packaging materials (including outer cartons, internal protective materials, and supports) until the claim process is completed.
