Our art concierge will work with you one-on-one to curate suitable original artworks based on your space, budget, and collecting goals.
Beyond the images presented on our website, we are happy to provide high-resolution, real-life photographs and detailed close-up images of the artworks, allowing you to clearly see the materials, textures, and brushwork. Upon request, we can also share videos of the actual artworks, helping to recreate the experience of viewing the work in person. Through these detailed visual materials, we aim to bridge the distance across thousands of miles, so that you can experience each artwork as if you were standing in a gallery or museum, examining every detail up close.
By offering transparent and comprehensive visual documentation, we want you to feel fully informed, confident, and at ease when considering an artwork.
You only need to share a photo of your living space or the wall where you plan to hang the artwork. Based on the image you provide, we will create a complimentary high-resolution wall mockup of the artwork, allowing you to clearly visualize the scale, placement, and overall visual effect within your actual space. Professional guidance is provided throughout the process to help you make your decision with confidence and ease.
The entire consultation is completely free and carries no obligation to purchase, and you may end the consultation at any time.
Do you offer free framing services?
We offer free professional framing for all artworks. You may choose from over 200 frame styles, and our team can provide expert recommendations based on both the artwork and your space to help you select the perfect option. Once your choice is finalized, we will complete the framing and send you high-resolution preview photos for your approval. Your artwork will be shipped only after you confirm the final result.
If an artwork does not meet my expectations, can I return it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with any artwork purchased through MAGICBEAR-ART.
We offer a 15-day return policy for all artworks purchased through MAGICBEAR-ART. If a piece does not meet your expectations, simply contact us within 15 days of receipt and we will arrange international door-to-door pickup for you, with no need for you to manage any logistics. The artwork must remain in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
The international return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your refund, and we will provide an official shipping invoice issued through our professional international logistics partner, ensuring the charge is transparent, verifiable, and free of any hidden fees. All import duties and customs clearance fees associated with the return will be covered by us. Once the artwork is safely received and inspected, we will refund the remaining amount to your original payment method.
How do I return an artwork?
We offer a clear and straightforward international return process.

We will arrange a scheduled pickup through Express International and provide full return instructions.
The international return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; however, all import duties and customs clearance fees will be fully covered by us. Once the courier collects the package, they will issue an official international shipping invoice. This amount will be deducted from your refund, and the invoice will be provided to you as proof of the logistics charge.
Please note: The artwork must be returned in its original, unused condition and repacked in its original packaging. Refunds may not be issued if the artwork shows damage, signs of use, or missing packaging materials.
How much does international return shipping to China usually cost?
Return shipping costs vary depending on the artwork’s size, weight, and the logistics carrier used. As a reference, sending back an artwork of approximately 24 × 24 inches to China via international air freight typically costs around USD 280, roughly within this range. This figure is only an estimate—the final cost will depend on the artwork’s actual dimensions and the courier’s pricing structure, as stated in the official invoice.
What should I do if I receive a damaged artwork?
All artworks are shipped with professional, gallery-grade protective packaging, so damage during transit is extremely rare.
If you notice any damage to the artwork or packaging upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and provide:
- Clear photos of the damage (artwork, outer box, and all internal packaging materials).
- Keep all original packaging materials, as they are required for the logistics damage claim.

Do you offer free international shipping?
Yes. We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping for all artworks. We typically ship via international air courier, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination country and region.
All international shipping fees, import duties, VAT, and customs-related charges are fully included in the price you pay. You will not need to complete any additional procedures or pay any extra fees during delivery — simply relax at home and wait for your artwork to arrive.

How do you ship the artworks?
All artworks are secured using custom protective packaging to ensure safe transport. We use sturdy, impact-resistant outer boxes with high-density cushioning materials inside to protect the artwork’s surface and edges from pressure or damage during transit.
Once packaged, your artwork will be shipped via international air courier (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS). All shipments are fully insured and include end-to-end tracking.
How long will it take for my artwork to be delivered?
The delivery timeline depends on the framing option you choose:
If you purchase the artwork with our default framing option and complete the order directly, we will prepare and ship your artwork within 4 business days.
If you choose to use our concierge service to confirm a different frame style or customize the framing, the artwork will typically be shipped within 7 business days after the framing is completed.
Once shipped, all artworks are sent via international air courier. For deliveries within the United States, the typical transit time is around 2 weeks. In rare cases involving remote or distant locations, delivery may take slightly longer, but it will not exceed 3 weeks.

If I purchased an artwork and MagicBear-ART launches a promotion afterward, can I apply the discount to my order?
Yes. We are happy to honor the price difference within seven days of your purchase and refund the applicable amount. However, this service does not apply to orders that have already used special offers, exclusive discounts, or promotional codes.
Does MagicBear-ART have a physical gallery?
At the moment, we do not operate a permanent physical gallery. However, we regularly host curated offline exhibitions, private viewing events, and participate in international art programs—providing collectors with opportunities to experience our artworks in person.
