Free Worldwide Shipping

We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Processing Time

Standard orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders using our personalised framing or concierge service are normally dispatched within 9–15 business days after the final framing or presentation plan has been approved.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, international delivery normally takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping Partners

Depending on the destination and artwork dimensions, we may use SF Express International, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another suitable international carrier.

Tracking and Insurance

All international shipments include tracking and transit insurance at no additional charge. Tracking information will be sent after the artwork has been dispatched.

Import Duties and Taxes

MagicBear Art covers the import duties, taxes, and standard customs-clearance fees associated with delivery. Customers should not ordinarily be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

15-Day Returns

You may submit an eligible return request within 15 days of delivery through your customer account at https://account.magicbear-art.com or by emailing info@magicbear-art.com.

Please do not send an artwork back before receiving return authorisation and return instructions from us. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the insured and trackable return shipping cost. MagicBear Art covers return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No restocking fee is charged.

Damage Protection

If your artwork or its packaging arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, outer packaging, internal protective materials, and shipping label.

Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been completed. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transportation or resulted from a product or packing problem, MagicBear Art will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide an appropriate repair, replacement where available, or refund.

For over fifteen years, he has lived and worked across Tibet, creating works rooted in direct observation and lived experience.
Through restrained brushwork and a quiet, contemplative palette, Liu explores the relationship between humanity, nature, and spiritual belief.
His paintings are widely recognized for their emotional depth, sincerity, and spiritual resonance.
